Product Information
Ester based polymer materials are condensed from polyols and polyacids, such as PET, PBT, PU, PLA, PBAT, PC, etc. PET has good fiber forming properties, mechanical properties, wear resistance, creep resistance, and electrical insulation; PU has high strength, wear resistance, and oil resistance; PLA, PBAT and other biodegradable materials are environmentally friendly.
However, ester based polymer materials generally have a disadvantage that in humid environments, especially at high temperatures, ester bonds are prone to hydrolysis, thereby reducing their overall performance and service life. The hydrolysis of ester bonds is the root cause of the reduced service life of ester based polymer materials!
HyMax ® The anti hydrolysis agent series products can react with carboxylic acids produced by polymer decomposition to generate stable urea based compounds without side effects. thusSlow down the hydrolysis of polymers, extend their service life, and solve the problem of comprehensive performance degradation of polyester materials caused by hydrolysis.
